We are pleased to present the February 2026 edition of our SAMS monthly series, which provides you with a comprehensive overview of the monthly modifications to all significant international sanctions lists.

In February 2026, 1821 individuals, vessels, and entities were added to major global sanctions lists.

Leading the additions, the Australia Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) sanctions list recorded 563 individuals, 291 entities, and 62 vessels.

The United Kingdom Consolidated Sanctions List added 32 individuals, 248 entities, and 51 vessels, while the Switzerland State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) recorded 141 individuals, 90 entities, and 42 vessels.

Global Affairs Canada sanctioned 34 individuals and 153 entities, while the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added 25 individuals, 57 entities, and 28 vessels to its consolidated sanctions list. Additionally, the United Nations Security Council added 4 individuals during the month.

All these names were updated in our proprietary database in real time, ensuring our clients always stay globally and locally compliant.
