Solytics Partners’ AML/FCC Sanctions’ List for April 2026

We're excited to bring you the April 2025 edition of our SAMS monthly series, packed with a complete round-up of everything that changed across the world's major sanctions lists this month.

April proved to be an active month on the global sanctions front, with 423 individuals, entities, vessels and aircraft added across the board. Taking the lead once again, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), USA expanded its list with 109 entities, 63 individuals, 28 vessels and 2 aircraft. Not far behind, the European Union added 83 entities and 37 individuals to its roster, while the United Kingdom Consolidated Sanctions List brought on 29 individuals and 3 entities.

Rounding out the month, the United Nations Security Council flagged 27 individuals and 1 entity, and Japan's Ministry of Finance added 25 individuals along with 1 entity. Meanwhile, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Switzerland sanctioned 12 individuals and 3 entities.
