Graphic Design Consultant

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Consultant to join our Marketing team at Solytics Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content and professional video assets that strengthen our brand presence across social media, digital campaigns, events, and the web. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life and ensure a consistent, polished visual identity across all touchpoints.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos including trimming, transitions, audio-video syncing, subtitle integration, and AI voiceovers or cloned voices as required.
  • Transform raw screen recordings and demo inputs provided by the team into polished, professional videos ready for social media and digital distribution.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, infographics, banners, brochures, whitepapers, posters, newsletters, and social media carousels for marketing, website, and campaign use.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across all design deliverables.
  • Conceptualize and design event-specific collaterals, including backdrops, standees, and other branded materials.
  • Partner closely with marketing and cross-teams to translate creative concepts into polished, multi-platform deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
Key skills required
  • Video Editing - Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Clipchamp, Canva, etc.
  • Graphic Design - Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
  • AI Tools - Higgsfield, Veed.io. Experience with AI voice synthesis, cloning, and audio-video sync. Hands on LLM engines like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
  • CMS Platforms (Optional) - Webflow, WordPress or similar website management platforms
  • Data Skills - Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. is must.
  • Soft Skills - Creative mindset, strong attention to detail, storytelling ability, understanding of social media formats and trends
