Marketing Analyst

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, supporting various aspects of data management, analysis, and reporting. You will play a key role in executing day-to-day list operations, generating marketing KPI reports, analyzing campaign performance, and providing insights to drive marketing effectiveness.

Roles and responsibilities
  • Perform data analysis to derive insights aimed at enhancing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish goals, monitor progress, and assess the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports, spotlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior, engagement, and conversion data to pinpoint opportunities for optimization.
  • Harness marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for the management and analysis of marketing data.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute A/B testing and optimization strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to discern market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including efforts in segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
Key skills required
  • Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Highly proficient in Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience in analyzing email campaigns, lead data and are familiar with the data from a sales environment.
  • Exhibits excellent attention to detail and precision in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting intricate data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Acquainted with statistical analysis and proficient in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
